Cloudy and quiet conditions start off today with highs in the upper 70s, but rain starts to develop in the early afternoon. Widespread and heavier rain moves in right around the evening commute and lasts through Wednesday morning with lighter but still all-encompassing rain following up during Wednesday afternoon and evening. By Wednesday night, 2-3" of rain is expected to have fallen with flooding and strong winds being the main concerns. Drier and warmer weather awaits Thursday and Friday.
