The Collective hosts Small Business Saturday market in La Porte
LA PORTE, Ind. - A local entrepreneurial group is hosting their annual Small Business Saturday Artisan Market on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Standard Time.
The Collective will host over more than 50 local vendors during the market at the La Porte Civic Auditorium, located at 1001 Ridge St. in La Porte.
Admission is $5 for guests ages 13 and older, with 10% of admission fees going to The Pax Center.
The Pax Center, a local non-profit working to keep La Porte County well-loved and well-fed, will be at the market to collect donations and share information on how to help the organization.
Donations such as toiletries and cold weather gear can be brought to the market during shopping hours or dropped off at Bare Bones Gastropub, located at 518 Lincolnway in La Porte, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Market attendees can also participate in the Small Business Saturday Scavenger Hunt by making a $1 minimum donation to The Pax Center or a participating business. The grand prize winner will receive over $300 in gift cards.
