GRANGER, Ind. -- ABC57's Dante Stanton spoke with co-owner of 'The Chief Ice Cream', Tracy Klopfenstein, on Sunday to learn about an upcoming fundraiser.
The Chief is celebrating National Ice Cream Day one day early on July 19th, where 20% of all proceeds raised will go toward Make-A-Wish and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Their "guest dipper" on Saturday will be Maddie, a Goshen middle schooler and Make-A-Wish recipient who deals with Cystic Fibrosis herself.
The Chief raised money through their charity pint sale in December of last year to help Maddie live out her dream of going to Hawaii.
