BREMEN, Ind. -- After over 100 years of serving Marshall County, the current owners of The Bremen Theatre want to explore other business ventures and are looking to sell the long-time community staple.
The Bremen Theatre has been a hub for local film lovers since 1910 and are hoping that it’s new owners will keep the cinematic legacy alive.
The property is currently listed at $125,000.
Many Bremen residents say the iconic theatre remains a spot that holds dozens of childhood memories between local family and friends.
Sharon Stump, a past Bremen resident shares how the owners selling this community gem will impact her childhood memories.
“Oh my gosh, it would be so sad if they would not have the Bremen theater to go to. I would remember the nights that we would come, and we still look forward to it so hopefully someone will buy it and keep it going.” said Stump.
The doors will remain open until the new owners of this historic gem is found.
