The 2020 Chicago Marathon has been cancelled

CHICAGO-- The 2020 Bank of America Chicago Marathon has been cancelled, organizers announced on Monday.

Organizers said Monday that the marathon along with all race weekend activities have been cancelled due to public health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Registered participants will have the option to receive a refund for their 2020 race entry or to defer their place and entry fee for a future Chicago Marathon.
