LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. -- The Indiana State Police reports they're investigating a fatal crash involving a box truck which occurred around 11 p.m., Monday, near mile-marker-120 on the Indiana Toll Road.

Police say the box truck, driven by 45-year-old Neda Meketa of Haslet, Texas, was traveling west on the Indiana Toll Road when for an unknown reason the truck left the roadway, drove onto the grassy median, and overturned before coming to a stop.

The report states Meketa was pronounced dead at the scene. Her family has been notified.

There was also a man in the passenger seat who suffered minor injuries from the crash.

The passenger was taken to Lagrange Hospital.

Police say drugs nor alcohol are suspected to be factors in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation by the ISP Critical Incident Reconstruction Team.
