SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- As part of our Taxing Times special, ABC57's Summer Horan sits down with local real estate developer Frank Perri to discuss how South Bend has been a great ground zero for developers in the past.
“South Bend happens to be located in a great location from a logistics standpoint, and I think that's proving out quite a bit, especially with the recent stuff that's been going on with Amazon and Microsoft and the data centers," stated Perri.
