Michiana's in the middle of a lull between two periods of showers and storms. Out the door, near-normal conditions and clearing skies are widespread with a light breeze coming from the southwest. The quiet weather continues through most of the afternoon with highs reaching the mid 70s, but a broad surface low renews chances for showers and storms beginning around 4 PM from the west. While no severe weather is expected, a few storms in southern Michiana could be on the stronger side with gusty winds and small hail. The line of rain ends around 9 PM tonight, leaving temperatures in the mid 50s with widespread fog possible tomorrow morning. Tuesday and Wednesday will be sunny with highs in the mid 70s and then 80s respectively.
