With the sun coming back out this afternoon, we will have the chance for strong and possibly a few severe thunderstorms this evening. The most likely timing of stronger storms is between 5 and 7 PM. That’s when we could have damaging wind, some small hail, heavy rain, and with some limited spin in the atmosphere, an tornado. Storm chances end by the late evening, and we will be mostly cloudy and dry overnight.
Monday will be a cooler day with highs in the mid-50s and partly to mostly cloudy skies. This week warms up on Wednesday, with highs in the 70s and 80s for the rest of the week. However, we have several chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms from Tuesday afternoon, on.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Breezy. Low of 47.
Monday: Partly to mostly cloudy and breezy. High of 56.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy. With a slight chance for a PM shower. Highs in the mid-60s.
