Cheers Bar and Grill liquor license renewed following controversy
SOUTH BEND, Ind. — up to 5,000 people filled the streets of downtown South Bend for the 15th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Tent Party.
Friday was the last time folks got to party at the corner of Wayne and Michigan.
“It used to be by the Morris and this is actually the last year at this location because of future plans for the library,” said Kylie Carter, the events coordinator for DTSB.
Michigan Street is where quite a few of bars are and considering there’s also a pub tour associated with the night’s festivities staying on the street might be ideal.
No word yet on where it’s headed but partygoers took advantage of the night while they still could.
