NEW CARLISLE, Ind. -- ABC57 investigates the impact of all the ongoing economic development in New Carlisle on its neighbors.
Amazon's 11 billion dollars Data Center is under construction there and GM is building a three and a half billion-dollar EV Battery Plant right off S.R. 2.
Now, INDOT is planning an interchange there to make the road safer.
But it's also going to cost some people their homes.
ABC57's Annie Kate sat down with impacted residents and the Saint Joseph County Executive Director of Economic Development Bill Schalliol.
