South Bend woman sentenced to over 17 years in prison for drug charges

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana announced 42-year-old Jennifer Krueger, of South Bend, has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to Possessing with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl and Methamphetamine.

Krueger was sentenced to 17.5 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release.

Court documents state in July 2024, authorities found Krueger, who had an active state arrest warrant for dealing a narcotic drug, at a Mishawaka hotel with over 50 grams of crystal methamphetamine, over 400 grams of fentanyl pills, and over $58,000 cash.

Documents state Krueger’s criminal history includes two prior convictions for dealing narcotic drugs.
