South Bend to host fourth annual Linden Avenue Farmer's Market

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend's Engagement and Economic Empowerment team has announced the dates for their 4th annual Linden Avenue Farmer's Market.

“The EEE team is thrilled to bring the Linden Avenue Farmer’s Market back for its 4th year to bring fresh, healthy, and culturally appropriate food to marginalized, low-income, minority and rural communities in South Bend,” said Director of Engagement and Economic Empowerment Team, Mary McAfee.

Five farmers' markets will take place on the third Saturday of every month, beginning in June and ending in Oct., with their first event set to take place June 15 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Food vendors, farmers, information vendors, and others who wish to participate in that market can fill out an application to learn more.
