South Bend teenager declared missing

Photo via City of South Bend SOUTH BEND, Ind. - South Bend Police are asking for help from the community in locating 15-year-old Guillermo “Alex” Trancoso who went missing around 10 p.m. Saturday evening.
Trancoso is 5’6”, 135 pounds, and he has short brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen near the 1000 Block of S Bellevue Avenue in South Bend.
At the time of disappearance, Trancoso was wearing a light blue V-neck shirt, tan joggers and he had a plastic bag.
Trancoso is autistic, epileptic, diabetic and does not have glucose supplies with him and he had a kind of transplant surgery two years ago.
