South Bend School Board candidates to participate in public forum Oct. 15

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Candidates for South Bend School Board will participate in a public forum on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Indiana University South Bend.

The forum will take place at 1001 Wiekamp Hall from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. in order that voters can learn more about the candidates before the election.

A reception will follow the forum, giving voters the chance to speak one-on-one with the candidates.

The confirmed candidates are Bill Sniadecki and Catrina Baker for District 3.

Stephanie Ball, Carlos, Leyva, and Annette Malone for District 4.

Marcus Ellison, Gabe Kempf, Lynn King Jr., and Jeanette McCullough for the At-Large District.

At-Large candidate George Jones cannot attend due a longstanding scheduling conflict.
