South Bend Police investigating shooting, victim suffered injury to face

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police are investigating a shooting after a man walked into Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound.
The man arrived to the hospital around 5:45 p.m.
Police believe the shooting happened in the area of Kenwood and Olive. There was a report of shots fired in that area just a few minutes prior, police said.
