South Bend to demolish Potawatomi Pool with plans to upgrade the park

Courtesy of South Bend Venues Parks and Arts SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend has announced plans to demolish the Potawatomi Pool with the option of replacing it with a different water feature in the future.
"The pool is nearly 70 years old and is unfortunately beyond repair," city officials said. "Demolition is the only responsible option as we work with the community to make major upgrades to Potawatomi Park."
