SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Museum of Art will be holding the 14th annual Festival of Banners, which promotes art in the community by bringing art to the public and providing a venue for artists of all ages and skillsets.

In association with Downtown South Bend and the City of South Bend, the theme this year is Reimaging Labor: How Do You See the Future of Work?

The theme comes from the Michiana community beginning to emerge from the global pandemic that sent many home to navigate working remotely.

Three age categories for youth, teen, and adult will be open to participate in.

Three artists will be awarded the Jurors’ Choice Award from each category, with prizes of up to $100 in cash.

All entries must be original and will be selected based upon creativity and how well the theme is explored and expressed.

For more information or details on submissions, visit the South Bend Museum of Art website.
