South Bend man sentenced to over 5 years in prison for distributing meth

A South Bend man was sentenced to nearly 6 years in federal prison for distribution of methamphetamine according to the US Attorney's Office.

Jamar Sims was sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in prison and 3 years supervised released.

In November 2018, Sims sold methamphetamine to someone who was working with police.

In March 2019, Sims sold methamphetamine to the same person who was still working with police.
