South Bend man accused of murdering his son back in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend man accused of beating his son to death was back in court on Tuesday.
35-year-old Terry Sturgis is charged with murder and battery.
Police said he tortured and killed his 10-year-old son, Tramelle, in November.
On Tuesday, three doctors gave their mental health evaluation to the court, but those results have been sealed.
Sturgis is due back in court on April 11.
He and his lawyer must decide whther or not to go ahead with an insanity defense.
