SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- As part of Black History Month, the City of South Bend has awarded several local African American leaders with the Black History Month Award to recognize the achievements they've made in the community.
ABC57's Summer Horan and Dante Stanton sat down with two of the recipients, Tina Patton and the Obama Award-winning Pastor John Ward, to discuss their work and what receiving the award means to them.
