SOUTH BEND,Ind. -- The South Bend Common Council Rules Committee voted to dismiss a complaint against council member Sharon McBride.
The Compliant accused McBride of not actually living in the district she represented. The attorney for the council said there is still ongoing ligation about the complaint and said the complaint can be refiled if the court decides that McBride did intend to leave her permanent residence and live outside her district.
