South Bend Board of Public Safety approves trick-or-treat hours

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Trick-or-treating hours in South Bend were approved by the Board of Public Safety at their Wednesday morning meeting.

Trick-or-treating will go from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.
