Lake effect snow showers are falling just off to the west of Michiana this morning, so travel towards Chicago may slow around Porter, western LaPorte, and even Lake counties. Those L.E. bands will start travelling east towards us this afternoon and evening. That’ll wrap up Wednesday morning and another round of system snow is possible Thursday. Afterwards, temps start to warm and more sunshine creeps into the forecast for the weekend and early next week.
Today: Partly sunny early to mostly cloudy with a chance of PM L.E. snow showers. High of 34.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a chance of L.E. snow showers. Low of 24.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with lake effect ending early, then partly sunny. High of 32.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of system snow. Breezy. Highs in the low 30s.
