LoveWay Inc. MIDDLEBURY, Ind. -- On Sept. 26 LoveWay will host its 32nd annual Ride-A-Thon benefit.
The annual benefit helps provide scholarships for individuals who may otherwise be unable to participate in its equine assisted services, LoveWay has set a fundraising goal of $95,000.
This year attendees will be able to choose between the traditional trail ride or an all-new hiking option.
The hiking option is approximately one to three miles and will not require a horse or ride.
“Ride-A-Thon has been a part of LoveWay for more than 30 years, and we’re excited to give our community another way to be involved,” said John Morgan, Executive Director of LoveWay. “You don’t have to be a rider to be part of this event. Whether you’re on horseback or on foot, you’re helping us make it possible for more individuals with diagnosed disabilities to experience the life-changing benefits of equine assisted services.”
