Snow ends tonight, way warmer to start this weekend

ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast

Friday, December 19, 2025

Lake effect snow showers will end this evening as temperatures stay in the teens. Any snow that fell Friday will likely be gone by the end of Saturday. Highs tomorrow will reach the low 40s with a little sunshine peeking out in the afternoon. Saturday could also be a little breezy, but not as bad as earlier this week.

Highs will briefly fall back below freezing on Sunday, but the mild weather fully moves in starting on Monday. Temperatures will reach the upper 30s Monday and the middle 40s Tuesday.

Rain showers are likely on Wednesday, and Santa might still need to dodge some raindrops and even navigate a foggy Christmas Eve  (with Rudolph's help!) Wednesday night. One of the warmest Christmas Days on record could be in the cards for Michiana, with highs in the middle to upper 50s and mostly cloudy skies.

Tonight: Cold with decreasing clouds. Low 20.

Tomorrow: Partly sunny and much milder. High 42.

Sunday: Partly cloudy and colder. High 27.

Monday: Cloudy and milder. High 38.
