SLIDESHOW: Riley NICU babies celebrate their first Halloween
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It’s a scary cute day in the Riley Hospital for Children NICU as the Riley team helped several NICU babies into their first-ever Halloween costumes.
"Instead of hearing ghostly boos in the hallway, there were many oohs, aahs, and squeals of delight from the sheer cuteness," hospital staff said. "The costumes are actually meant for 'Build-A-Bears', that’s how tiny they are."
Here in South Bend, the NICU babies at Beacon Children's Hospital are also celebrating their first Halloween.
