KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash late Monday night on C.R. 200 South just east of C.R. 675 West in Harrison Township.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to the scene around 9:09 p.m.

Emergency personnel found a Chevy Impala had been involved in the crash.

Authorities' initial investigation determined the Impala was traveling east on C.R. 200 South when it left the road before striking a tree.

The driver in the crash was pronounced dead.

The driver's identity will be released following the investigation's completion.

The Kosciusko County FACT Team is leading the investigation.
