Silver Alert issued for Newton County man

UPDATE: The Silver Alert has been CANCELLED as of 2 p.m., Dec. 8.
A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for an 18-year-old Newton County man, Christian William Fritts.
Fritts is five-foot-five, weighs approximately 108 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a brown carpenter jacket, brown khakis, and white/grey sketcher.
Fritts was last seen at 1 p.m. CST on Thursday, December 7.
He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
