Silver Alert cancelled for man missing out of Newburgh

NEWBURGH, Ind.- A statewide Silver Alert that was issued Wednesday night for a Newburgh, Indiana man has been cancelled.
The Silver Alert for Richard Lewis Howard was cancelled Thursday morning just before 6 a.m.
