Serious crash on Lincolnway East and Ironwood Drive under investigation

SOUTH BEND, Ind., --- Lincolnway East near Ironwood Drive is currently blocked off as police respond to a serious crash Sunday evening.
Officials say the area will be closed as they investigate the accident near the intersection.
Police are asking everyone to avoid the area if possible.
The St. Joseph County FACT team is now investigating the accident.
