Sergeant retires after 27 years of service with SBPD

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department announced that Sergent Paul Daley has retired after more than 27 years of service.

Sergeant Daley began his SBPD in 1998, working as a Crime Scene Technician, a Field Training Officer, served in NEST, Metro Homicide, and the Special Victims.

In the last 7 years of his career, Sgt. Daley served as a Patrol Sergeant on the midnight shift.
