Section of Western Avenue to close down as crews repair sewer line

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A portion of Western Avenue will close down on Thursday as crews begin work on repairing a sanitary sewer service line. The closure is expected to last until Wednesday, February 12.
Western Avenue will be closed down from Iowa Street to Lake Street.
Motorists will be detoured onto Sheridan and Olive Streets via Sample Street.
