After a cold frontal passage on Tuesday, higher pressure and a more stable air mass settle into our area through most of this week. Expect sunny skies and temperatures topping out around 70F today, continuing the seasonal trend into the start of October. Lows feel chilly and fall towards the mid 40s tonight, although some areas may trickle down towards the upper 30s. Warmer air builds in the rest of this week with highs in the mid to upper 70s Thursday through Sunday. There is a slight chance for showers on Friday as a weak cold front is expected to trod through, although most likely Michiana stays dry. Otherwise, expect sunny skies in the foreseeable future.
Today: Sunny. High 70.
Tonight: Clear. Low 46.
