NEW BUFFALO, Mich. - The Michigan City Coast Guard is searching right now with the New Buffalo Police Department for a possible sunken boat on Lake Michigan. The search started around 1 p.m. Saturday after life jacket, seat cushion and throwable life ring were found floating in the water. The search by water and air is taking place about 5 miles off the shore of New Buffalo. The Coast Guard has not been able to confirm that a boat in fact sunk--but evidence on the waters surface has them concerned. Stay with ABC 57 News as we continue to follow this breaking news story.
