Scattered showers and storms will work their way through our area on and off through today. Storms could be strong to severe this evening after 6pm with heavy rain, strong gusty winds and the threat of weak tornadoes. Make sure you’re staying weather aware. Showers last into the overnight hours with heavy rain possibly likely leading to ponding on the roads for Wednesday mornings commute. A few showers are possible early Wednesday then clouds will gradually clear out with cooler air moving in.
Thursday and Friday are bright with highs in the upper 60s. A small chance for rain returns over the weekend.
