UPDATE: SBPD returns three young children to family

UPDATE: The children's family has been located.
ORIGINAL STORY: SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- The South Bend Police Department found three young children near Muessel Grove Park around 2 a.m., Wednesday.
South Bend officers are actively attempting to locate the parents/guardians of these three children.
They were also found with a puppy.
