Salvador Rodriguez dropping out of South Bend mayoral race

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Democratic South Bend mayoral candidate, Salvador Rodriguez, is set to drop out of the race on Saturday.
Rodriguez says he will be endorsing Jason Critchlow.
A formal announcement is expected to be made Saturday at 9 a.m.
