Saint Joseph County Parks hosting grand opening of Discovery Room

Saint Joseph County Parks NEW CARLISLE, Ind. -- Saint Joseph County Parks is set to host their grand opening of the newly renovated Discovery Room at Bendix Woods County Park's Nature Center on May 3 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Visitors will be able to enjoy nature-based learning activities, crafts, games, and refreshments.
There will also be an opportunity for children to get the chance to scoop into a nearby pond to learn about and discover the tiny aquatic creatures living below the surface.
