MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Rosati’s Pizza closed in October due to problems created by the pandemic but the popular pizzeria has reopened for business on Wednesday.
The owners fired ovens back up on Wednesday as well as staffing back up during the closure.
“Once we shut down, we wanted to take time to retrain, and rehire longer-term employees that we think would stick with us longer-term,” stated Carl Dissette, Owner of Rosati’s.
Rosati’s has about thirty employees right now but they are still hiring. For more information, visit here.
