FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A Rochester man faces four felony charges connected to a child sex crime investigation.

Henry Baugh is accused of Child Molesting with child under 14, Child Molesting by fondling with child under 14, Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

After a forensic investigation, officers arrived at Baugh's house on September 2. Officers allegedly found multiple objects consistent with testimony given by the alleged victim. Among them was an alleged glass meth pipe that tested positive for the presence of the drug.

Baugh's jury trial is scheduled for April 6, 2027.
