River District in Elkhart adding new retail and office space

ELKHART, Ind. – The River District in Elkhart will be starting new construction to add retail and office space as soon as Monday, September 28.

This project, on Jackson Boulevard will include 44,000 square feet of mixed-use development.

Construction for about 20 townhomes in the same area could also begin this fall according to officials.

Tenants that will use the building will be able to begin moving by late summer or early fall of 2021.
