Ribbon cutting ceremony for Nappanee's newest downtown project

City of Nappanee NAPPANEE, Ind. -- Cartoon Alley is the newest downtown project in Nappanee which is part of a vision to make the city of Nappanee more vibrant and welcoming.
Nappanee Redevelopment Commission and the Nappanee Arts Center have helped create this vision, and the ribbon cutting ceremony for Cartoon Alley is on Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
The community is encouraged to attend this event.
