Republican representative apologizes for behavior on recent trip to Israel

JERUSALEM -- A Republican representative has apologized for his behavior during a recent trip to Israel.
U.S. Representative Kevin Yoder is apologizing after a night of drinking led him and some colleagues to go for a swim in the Sea of Galilee.
Yoder, however, went for the swim while naked.
