SOUTH BEND, Ind.—Councilwoman Regina Williams-Preston was live in studio on Thursday morning to discuss her mayoral campaign announcement.
Williams-Preston will officially announce her candidacy for South Bend mayor on Thursday evening at the Linden Grill at 5 p.m.
