President of Benton Harbor NAACP files suit against state leaders

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- The President of the Benton Harbor NAACP chapter said he is being forced out!

Now, Reverend Edward Pinkney has filed a lawsuit!

He claims a Whirlpool employees convinced the Michigan NAACP to set up a vote to name a new chapter leader.

The Michigan NAACP will vote on his replacement on April 14th.

The lawsuit will be heard three days before that on April 11th in Detroit.
