MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- With Michiana entering spring, animals and pests like to move into homes. To raise awareness of pest control, Franklin Pest Solutions and the Michiana Humane Society are putting together a Pop-Up Kitty Cafe on Friday where you can meet and play with adoptable kittens.
On Wednesday, ABC57's Summer Horan sat down with Janelle Iaccino from Franklin Pest Solutions, the Michiana Humane Society's Director of Development, Heidi Treacy Tuthill, and three of the adoptable kittens that are planned to be at the Friday cafe.
The Pop-Up Kitty Cafe will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Franklin Pest Solutions offices on 1715 Franklin Street in Michigan City.
If you would like to learn more about protecting your home from pests or adopting a feline friend, you can visit Franklin Pest Solutions' website or the Michiana Humane Society's website.
