PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- More than three million dollars is on the way for a new taxiway at the Plymouth Municipal Airport.
The money was just awarded through the FAA's Airport Improvement Program, supporting airfield safety improvements nationwide.
For Plymouth, the new taxiway is expected to reduce congestion and improve safety on the ground at the airport.
Work on the new taxiway will get under way later this year and is slated to finish by the middle of 2025.
