Plenty of cold, not much snow

NOW: Plenty of cold, not much snow

The weather stays cold, there's no sign of temperatures rising above freezing over the next two weeks. A major snow however remains elusive. There will be light lake effect snow showers Wednesday, a localized one-to-two inches. Then a widespread one-to-three inches of snow is expected Friday afternoon / evening. The pattern stays relatively active with another chance of snow Sunday night into Monday.

Tonight: Snow showers late. Low 22.

Wednesday: Snow showers. High 26.

Thursday: Partly cloudy. High 26.

Friday: PM Snow showers. High 27.
