Penn-Harris-Madison schools need substitute teachers

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The Penn-Harris-Madison school district is in high need of substitute teachers.
They are offering sub $95 per day and retired teachers $120 per day.
Individuals who substitute often may qualify for an extra bonus of $1,200 per year.
